Addition to existing middle school. The 9.924 sf project includes a 6,100 sf gymnasium with spectator seating for 350 people, and locker and shower facilities for physical education programs. Special design consideration was given to addition and landscaping to complement art-deco style of existing school and minimize impact on adjoining residential areas. The new addition is equipped with public restrooms to permit off-hour use of the gymnasium while the remainder of the school facility is closed. |
