Office/Industry
LZT has designed office buildings for many years, a few of which are showcased on the following pages. Currently, we are designing an addition and renovation to the Illinois Bar Center. While the Galesburg Medical Office Building and Wahl Clipper Office Building are currently under construction. In designing office spaces, we consider major issues such as parking, entry points for staff members, visitors and service vendors. We place a lot of emphasis on budgeting and accurate cost estimating, especially in the early phases of design so that there are no unpleasant surprises later. |
