100,00 sf addition which includes the exhibition hall, meeting rooms with the associates lobby areas, service corridors, general storage and other support spaces.
LZT Associates was also the associated architect with Johnson, Burgee, New York for the original existing 430,600 sf Civic Center.
The original project included an arena for hockey and basketball, the exhibition hall, a theatre for performing arts, arcades and meeting spaces.
On the original project LZT was responsible for code analysis, coordination of all civil/site work, construction documents for the 110,000 sf exhibition hall and construction administration for the entire project. |
